Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Non-Refundable Digital Assets

Islamic Knowledge Academy (operated by Pratik Kumar) enforces a strict, uncompromising No-Refund Policy for all digital downloads. Due to the intrinsic, easily duplicable nature of digital files (PDFs, MP3s, MP4s), traditional return policies are logistically impossible.

All sales of digital products are final. Once our automated system dispatches the download link to your email, the transaction is irreversible. We do not issue refunds, credits, or exchanges for "change of mind," subjective dissatisfaction, or failure to read the provided product synopsis.

2. Cancellation of Live Mentorship (IKA5000)

For the "1-on-1 Arabic Reading Bootcamp," payments reserve the dedicated time of our esteemed scholars. Cancellations are strictly prohibited once the first session is booked. You may reschedule a session by providing written notice to support@islamicknowledgeacademy.pro at least 24 hours prior to the start time. Failure to attend a session without 24 hours' notice results in the total forfeiture of that session with zero refund.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

We will issue a full refund to the original payment method exclusively under the following operational errors:

• Duplicate Billing: If the payment gateway erroneously charges you multiple times for a single transaction.
• Insurmountable System Failure: If a critical server error entirely prevents us from delivering the digital asset within 72 hours of a successful payment.
